Girls Workin' Out

On the evening of Thursday, March 1, 2002 the Fairchild clan hopped in the minivan and spent a brief 15 hours travelling southwest to Knoxville, TN to visit Aunt Debbie and Uncle Bob! We didn't do a heck of a lot on Friday (except catch up on a little sleep), but on Saturday Debbie put us to work. Actually, she put the girls to work!
Debbie went downstairs to do her leg workouts, and the girls of course followed and wanted to participate. So Debbie obliged them!
First it was Shelby on to the exercise bike to break a sweat...
Then it was Hayley's turn to break her sweat.
And then Debbie helped out. Hayley was really pulling on the handle of the bike - she's strong!
They kept at it for a few minutes, Hayley cranking away on the cycle, and laughing the whole time.
Then it was on to the Bowflex for a little pumping iron (or pumping rubber, as the Bowflex doesn't really have any iron...).
Shelby's got the handle - ok - deep breath - and pull!
There she goes - the Bowflex is bowing away!
