John and Elaine's most excellent Christmas tree.
One of the many things that we strive never to forget when we go on trips are coloring books and crayons - they keep the girlies entertained quite well for minutes at a time.
Say cheese girls!
When Hayley draws, she gets very intense. She grips the crayon in a clenched-fist-of-death, then draws her zig zags with about 350 foot-pounds of force on the crayon. The crayons don't last very long.
A great treat for Shelby and Hayley on Jan1 was to get a good look at one of their favorite things - a Garbage Truck! They stood out on the porch for quite a while gawking at the truck - they love big trucks that make big noises.
