Huge thanks go out to John and Elaine for opening their home to the 7 additional people who bunked there on New Year's Eve.  And of course thanks go out to little Mugsy Meehan, the smallest member of the household (babies included), who was a gracious host.  He kept our laps warm, and he even entertained us by killing his squirrel over and over.

Here he's killing the squirrel, and then getting hauled off the ground by John.  He's got such a grip on the squirrel that he ends up totally airborne.
   

Here Amy and Courtney were snuggling the first morning of 2002, and Mugsy leaped into action and made sure that Amy was warm enough.

What a hero!
